Sugar Pinch salt Steps *I use the skin of the chicken thigh for more flavour if your chicken thigh a skinless is no problem** •Fry together until chicken meat strating to cooked then remove chicken skin •Simmer on low heat until Chicken meat absorb all sauce **Add tapioca flour to thicken the sauce** *fry on low heat with water until water dissolve and fat from the sausage come out and continue fry on low heat until nice color Done... 😋

- 4 tbsp white vinegar
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup oil
- salad
- 1 head lettuce
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 bunch green onion
- 1 toasted sesame seeds
- 1 potato sticks
- 1 clove garlic
Steps
mix all dressing ingredients except the oil into small pot
bring to a boil an medium heat
stir until dissolved and then add oil
move to serving container
boil chicken in garlic until cooked all the way through
cool chicken for a few hours
pull chicken apart into clumps
break apart lettuce into large salad bowl
add crumbled chicken
chop green onions and add to bowl
add toasted seams seeds to bowl
toss salad
sprinkle potato sticks over salad as serving
