CHICKEN STEW RECIPE • Super Easy One Pot Thai Style

  Ingredients   2 people 250 g.  Chicken thigh 40 g.  Chicken skin 2 cloves  Garlic 1 tbsp.  Oyster sauce 1 tbsp.  Soy sauce 1/4 tsp.  White pepper powder 1/4 tsp.  Black soy sauce 1 tsp.  Sesame Oil 2 tbsp.  Vegetable oil 1.5 cup  water 3-4  pcs.Chinese sausage Spring Onion Cucumber leaf  Coriander 1/2 tbsp.  Tapioca flour 2 tbsp.  Water 20 g.  Shiitake mushroom 1/2 tbsp.  Sugar Pinch  salt Steps *I use the skin of the chicken thigh for more flavour if your chicken thigh a skinless is no problem** •Fry together until chicken meat strating to cooked then remove chicken skin •Simmer on low heat until Chicken meat absorb all sauce **Add tapioca flour to thicken the sauce** *fry on low heat with water until water dissolve and fat from the sausage come out and continue fry on low heat until nice color Done... 😋

Ingredients

 3 servings
  1. 1 can chicken
  2. 1 (or more) box ultimate cheeseburger macaroni
  3. 1 (or more) box chicken & broccoli cheese rice
  4. 1 can casa mamita original diced tomatoes with green chilies

Steps

  1. Cook the canned chicken with seasonings of your choice.

  2. Cook rice and macaroni as follows on box. Add in the chicken and canned tomatoes.

  Ingredients   6 servings dressing 4 tbsp  white vinegar 4 tbsp  sugar 2 tsp  salt 1/4 tsp  pepper 1/2 cup  oil salad 1 head  lettuce 2  chicken breasts 1 bunch  green onion 1  toasted sesame seeds 1  potato sticks 1 clove  garlic Steps mix all dressing ingredients except the oil into small pot bring to a boil an medium heat stir until dissolved and then add oil move to serving container boil chicken in garlic until cooked all the way through cool chicken for a few hours pull chicken apart into clumps break apart lettuce into large salad bowl add crumbled chicken chop green onions and add to bowl add toasted seams seeds to bowl toss salad sprinkle potato sticks over salad as serving

American Chop Suey (Aunt Doreen)

  Ingredients 1  pound- ground beef (or ground turkey) 3  large cans- tomato soup (or 6 small cans) 1  pound- elbow macaroni 1  - onion (diced) 1  - green bell pepper (diced) salt pepper garlic powder vegetable oil for frying Steps Dice up the pepper and onion, and then put a little oil in a frying pan to cook veggies until tender. Set aside when done. Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Combine pepper/onion mixture and beef in a bigger cooking pot, and heat up to combine flavors. Add the salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Cook macaroni, and drain. Set aside. Pour all tomato soups into the pot with meat and veggies. Stir well. Dump macaroni in, and stir together well. Add more seasonings if you didn't add enough before. Heat everything up, and enjoy!!
